Abstract:
A blank leather strip and bristle co-body inserting machine. The machine comprises a first bristle supply mechanism (1), a second bristle supply mechanism (2), a bristle inserting mechanism (3) which is located between the first bristle supply mechanism (1) and the second bristle supply mechanism (2), a workstation (6) and a base (9); the workstation (6) is located on the base (9), and the first bristle supply mechanism (1), the second bristle supply mechanism (2) and the bristle inserting mechanism (3) are all provided on the workstation (6); a Y-axis rail (4) is provided on the base (9) by means of a first supporting structure (4.1), an X-axis rail (5) is slidingly connected to the Y-axis rail (4) by means of a first sliding block (5.1), and a second sliding block (6.1) that is coupled with the X-axis rail (5) is provided at a lower end of the workstation (6). Thus, only one machine is needed to implement the crossing insertion of multiple bristles, and the described machine has the advantages of productivity being high, costs being low, bristles not easily falling out, abrasion resistance being good and a brushed effect being good. Also disclosed are a bristle inserting method for a blank leather strip and bristle co-body inserting machine.
