Abstract:
In order to obtain a blank for manufacturing a gable-topped paper container for liquids, the blank facilitating manufacture by a filling machine and making it possible for a recessed surface section to be formed in a trunk-section panel after the paper container is filled with a liquid, the present invention is configured such that when a trunk-section panel positioned closest to a pouring outlet 104 provided in a top section 102, among four trunk-section panels, is deemed to be a front-surface panel 32, a protruding-surface-section-forming crease line 38 for producing a mountain fold and forming a protruding surface section 105 on a right-side surface panel 33 and a left-side surface panel 34 is provided to each of the right-side surface panel 33 and the left-side surface panel 34, the protruding-surface-section-forming crease lines 38 being linked to a trunk-section vertical crease line on a back-surface-panel 35 side or to two reference points 36, 37 that are set in the vicinity thereof in a vertical direction along the trunk-section vertical crease line, and being shaped so as to swell toward the lateral-width-direction center of the right-side surface panel 33 and the left-side surface panel 34 from the trunk-section vertical crease line.
