Abstract:
A blast control device of a blast furnace, according to an embodiment, comprises: a blast volume prediction model database for storing a blast volume prediction model that predicts the blast volume of the blast furnace; a blast volume prediction unit for acquiring a blast volume prediction value by using the blast volume prediction model; a furnace condition change index calculation unit for calculating, for a predetermined amount of time, a furnace condition change index from variations in furnace temperature and furnace pressure; a correction unit for generating a blast volume control value by correcting the blast volume prediction value on the basis of the furnace condition change index; and a blast volume control unit for controlling the amount of hot air supplied to the blast furnace according to the blast volume control value.
