Abstract:
A blast furnace abnormality determination device according to the present invention comprises: a temperature distribution measurement means which measures a temperature distribution directly on a raw material charging surface inside a blast furnace; a gas component analysis means which analyzes a component of a gas in the blast furnace; a data accumulation means which accumulates information about the temperature distribution measured by the temperature distribution measurement means and the analysis result of the gas component analysis means; a temperature distribution statistical amount calculation means which calculates a statistical amount for determining whether the temperature distribution measured by the temperature distribution measurement means is normal on the basis of the result obtained by executing a principal component analysis for the information about the temperature distribution when the blast furnace is normal, the information being accumulated by the data accumulation means; and an abnormality determination means which determines whether abnormality occurs in the blast furnace by evaluating the statistical amount calculated by the temperature distribution statistical amount calculation means in association with the analysis result of the gas component analysis means.
