Abstract:
Provided is a blast furnace condition determination device which automatically determines and classifies a disturbance state in temperature distribution of a blast furnace. Also provided are: an operation method of the blast furnace, capable of achieving an improved operation automation rate by eliminating a disturbance in temperature distribution of the blast furnace on the basis of the determination and classification results of the blast furnace condition determination device; and a corresponding manufacturing method for molten iron. The blast furnace condition determination device (1) is for determining a furnace condition of the blast furnace, said device comprising: a temperature distribution measurement unit (2) for measuring a temperature distribution directly above a raw material charging surface in the blast furnace; a storage unit (3) for storing a learning model learned so as to output multiple classes regarding temperature distribution patterns on the basis of data on the measured temperature distribution; and a determination unit (5) for determining, by using the stored learning model, to which of the multiple classes the temperature distribution measured by the temperature distribution measurement unit corresponds.
