Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of blast furnace metallurgy. Disclosed is a blast furnace soft cross temperature measuring method based on infrared temperature measurement. The method comprises: first, mounting a cross temperature measuring device and an infrared temperature measuring device on a blast furnace, and determining virtual cross temperature measuring points on an infrared image according to a positional mapping relationship between pixel points and cross temperature measuring points of the infrared image; training a temperature relationship model of the virtual cross temperature measuring points and real cross temperature measuring points according to temperature values of the virtual cross temperature measuring points and temperature values of the cross temperature measuring points; and then, using the model to calculate predicted temperature values of the cross temperature measuring points on the blast furnace on which only the infrared temperature measuring device is mounted. By using the method, a traditional cross temperature measuring device does not need to be mounted, a temperature measurement result of an original infrared image is converted into temperature values of cross temperature measuring points, and a corresponding blast furnace operation and decision are executed by using the existing cross temperature measuring temperature models.
