Abstract:
The present utility model relates to a blast furnace top large bleeding system, comprising a first bleeding pipe section, a second bleeding pipe section, a dust remover, and a bleeding valve. The first bleeding pipe section is separately connected to a blast furnace crude gas ascending pipe and the dust remover; the second bleeding pipe section is connected to a gas outlet pipe of the dust remover; the bleeding valve is disposed on the second bleeding pipe section; the gas outlet pipe comprises a muffling pipe connected to the top of the dust remover and a sound insulation pipe sleeved on the muffling pipe; the top of the muffling pipe is a closed end, and a plurality of muffling small holes are formed on the pipe body of the muffling pipe such that the muffling pipe can form a small hole muffler; and the sound insulation pipe is wrapped with a sound absorption layer and abuts against the second bleeding pipe section. In the present utility model, the dust remover has the functions of dust removal and noise reduction, such that no additional muffler is required to be provided, thereby effectively improving the noise reduction effect of the blast furnace top large bleeding system; the present solution is simple in structure, low in apparatus costs, reliable in operation, and capable of significantly improving the environmental protection properties of blast furnace top large bleeding.
