Abstract:
A blast furnace tuyere temperature alarm system based on infrared thermal imagers, comprising infrared thermal imagers (3), an image processing server (4), a display (5), and a voice alarm module (6). Multiple infrared thermal imagers (3) are provided, and the multiple infrared thermal imagers (3) are circumferentially and fixedly arranged on the periphery of a blast furnace and used to acquire and send infrared image data of blast furnace tuyeres (2) to the image processing server (4). The image processing server (4) is used to process the data from the infrared thermal imagers (3) so as to determine whether there is a blast furnace tuyere (2) having an excessively high temperature. The voice alarm module (6) is used to give an alarm when the image processing server (4) determines that there is a blast furnace tuyere (2) having an excessively high temperature. The display (5) is used to display image information processed by the image processing server (4).
