Abstract:
This blast machining device comprises: a nozzle for jetting an abrasive material together with compressed air; a retention part that retains the abrasive material in the interior thereof; a roller that is cylindrical in shape, has a groove-shaped recess provided in a circumferential surface thereof, and has a rotation axis extending in the central-axis direction; a drive part that causes the roller to rotate about the rotation axis; a filling part disposed adjacent to the roller, the filling part filling an opposing interior with the abrasive material retained in the retention part; a retrieval part disposed adjacent to the roller and downstream from the filling part along the rotation direction of the roller, the retrieval part using an airflow produced in a direction parallel to the extension direction of the recess to retrieve the abrasive material from the opposing interior; and a supply pipe for supplying the abrasive material retrieved by the retrieval part to the nozzle.
