Abstract:
The present invention relates to a BLDC motor for a blender, wherein the blender implements the BLDC motor to reduce power consumption and minimize the operating noise and vibrations of the motor, thus improving the reliability of products for consumers. To this end, the BLDC motor for the blender comprises: a rotor housing (10) having a plurality of permanent magnets (12) arranged inside same, a rotating shaft (11) arranged at the center thereof, and a cutter blade (13), which is to rotate at a high speed and which is arranged on the rotating shaft (11); a stator housing (20) which is coupled to the rotor housing (10), and around the outer surface of which a coil (22) is wound at the position corresponding to the permanent magnets (12) so as to generate rotating force by means of the interaction with the magnetic field formed in the permanent magnets (12); a cylindrical bearing housing (30) coupled to the rotating shaft (11) so as to support the rotation of the rotating shaft (11); ball bearings (40) fitted to the rotating shaft (11) at the upper portion and lower portion of the inside of the bearing housing (30); bearing rubbers (50) which cover the ball bearings (40) so as to prevent direct contact between the ball bearings (40) and the bearing housing (30); and a cooling fan (60) coupled to the lower end of the rotating shaft (11).
