Abstract:
The present invention provides a BLDC motor for electrical equipment including a rotating body (100) configured to have: a shaft pin (110) on which snap rings (111) are coupled to both side end parts; a rotator (120) having a hollow (121) formed so that the shaft pin passes therethrough; a magnet (130) coupled to the inner surface of the wall of the rotator; and a blower fan (140) having a fan housing (141) coupled to the outer surface of the rotator, a hollow (142) formed in the center portion of the fan housing, and radial wings (143) formed in the vicinity of the fan housing and a stator (200) configured to have: a stator core (210) having a hollow (214) formed in the center so that the shaft pin passes therethrough, a metal core (211) formed so as to be exposed on the outer circumferential surface and formed so as to rotate the rotating body with the magnet and the metal core which are arranged in proximity, a receiving end (215) for receiving a bearing (B) is formed at the upper end, and a boss (217) that protrudes downward at the lower end; a substrate (220) through which the shaft pin and the boss pass; and a base bracket (230) having the shaft pin pass therethrough, a protrusion (233) formed so as to be coupled to the boss (217) on the outer side, and the bearing (B) inwardly fitted into the lower end.
