Abstract:
The present invention relates to a BLDC motor for a hairdryer, and particularly, to a BLDC motor for a hairdryer comprising high-strength integrated injection-molded components so as to reduce the number of components, reduce manufacturing costs, and achieve a lighter weight, and applying a coupling method in which a sirocco fan mounted onto the motor is coupled directly to the outer periphery of a rotor housing so as to optimize the coupling structure of the fan to achieve a stable rotating operation, remove unwanted vibrations and noise generated from rotation, and maximize the inflow of air. To achieve these aims, the BLDC motor of the present invention comprises: a rotor housing including a plurality of permanent magnets on the inner surface thereof, and in the center of which a shaft hole is defined through which a shaft is inserted, and having a sirocco fan for generating airflow coupled to the outside thereof; a rotor frame for connecting and coupling the shaft to the rotor housing such that the shaft and the rotor housing rotate together; a stator core having a coil wound thereon to generate rotational force by means of the interaction with magnetic fields formed by the permanent magnets; a PCB substrate coupled to the lower portion of the stator core by means of screws; a base bracket having a supporting ledge formed at the upper outer portion thereof to support the stator core; and a bearing housing coupled to an upper portion of the base bracket to support a ball bearing, and including an anti-disengagement ledge at the lower outside portion thereof to prevent the disengagement of the stator core.
