Abstract:

A bleach composition which comprises a visible light type titanium oxide and a biological or chemical luminous agent. The bleach composition can be used for bleaching with no heat generation, with safety, ease and simplicity, with out the need for light irradiation or with the light irradiation before use for a very short time.
