A blender, comprising: a motor base (101) and a blending cup (301) disposed on the motor base (101); a motor (501) is disposed in the motor base (101); a cutter seating assembly (201) is disposed in the blending cup (301); the cutter seating assembly (201) comprises a cutter shaft (204) and a blending cutter (203); the blending cutter (203) is disposed on the upper part of the cutter shaft (204), and the lower part of the cutter shaft (204) is connected to the motor output shaft of the motor (501); the cutter shaft (204) and the blending cutter (203) are driven by the motor (501) to rotate with the motor output shaft; the blender is also provided with a vertical mover (402); the vertical mover (402) cooperates with the cutter shaft (204) to enable the cutter shaft (204) and the blending cutter (203) to move up-and-down with reciprocating motion while rotating when being driven by a second power source (403), so that food is more likely to contact the blending cutter (203) and be cut and blended, thus providing high cutting and grinding efficiency, and obtaining a good blending effect.
