Abstract:
The present invention discloses a blind area detection method, which is used for determining whether a target exists in a blind area of a vehicle and comprises the following steps: calculating a signal-to-noise ratio according to the spectrum of a frame acquired in a radar; finding the envelope of the spectrum, and calculating the width of the envelope of the spectrum and the ratio of the maximum value of the spectrum amplitude to the corresponding envelope amplitude of the spectrum envelope at the maximum value of the spectrum amplitude; according to the signal-to-noise ratio, the ratio of the maximum value of the spectral amplitude to the corresponding envelope amplitude of the spectrum envelope at the maximum value of the spectrum amplitude, and the width of the spectrum envelope, determining whether there is a single-frame blind area alert; and according to consecutive multi-frame distance information and the single-frame blind area alert situation of each frame, determining whether there is a multi-frame blind area alert. According to the technical solution of the present invention, when a target is located at the blind area position of the vehicle, the interference of invalid targets such as fences and flower beds can be effectively eliminated, and the accuracy of blind area detection is improved.
