Abstract:
Provided is a blind bolt that can be fastened with an equally strong fastening load regardless of the plate thicknesses of a to-be-attached member (51) and an attachment member (52). The blind bolt comprises: a bolt (10) having a bolt head (11) and a shaft (12) in which a male thread (13) is formed; an outer nut (20) having a polygonal outer surface (23) and an outer nut hole (26) passing through in an axial direction; a cylindrical valve sleeve (30) in which a sleeve hole (36) is formed; and an inner nut (40) having a cylinder part, a nut head (44) formed at one end of the cylinder part, and an inner nut hole (46) in which a female thread (43) is formed in part of the inner side. A plurality of outer peripheral grooves (37a, 37b) extending in an outer peripheral direction are formed in the outer periphery of the valve sleeve. The cylinder part of the inner nut can be inserted into the sleeve hole of the valve sleeve, and when a tip end of the cylinder part is inserted into the outer nut hole of the outer nut, the inner nut is stopped from turning relative to the outer nut.
