Abstract:
Blind slats and the manufacturing method thereof, the method includes:1) weaving a long and narrow fabric (1) the two long sides of which (1) are double-layered or multilayered so as to form a long and narrow internal space; 2) immersing the fabric (1) into a hardener (2) and making the fabric pass through the hardener at a preset speed; 3) pressing the soaked fabric (1); 4) drying the soaked fabric (1) at high temperature; 5) shaping the dried fabric (1) at high temperature to make it flat so as to serve as a blind slat. Two or more loops (13) are set along one long side of the fabric (1).
