Disclosed is a blind comprising two blocking materials, wherein different operations can be carried out by operating only one operations means, and an operation device can be reduced in terms of size by using few components. The blind comprises an operation axle (46), a clutch (48), a first transmission member (50), and a second transmission member (52). The operation axle (46) rotates in response to transmission of an operation force. The clutch (48) can be rotated as a single unit together with the operation axle (46), and the clutch (48) can be axially slid on the operation axle (46). The first and second transmission members (50, 52) are disposed at both sides of the clutch (48) in the axial direction of the clutch (48). The first transmission member (50) transmits a driving force to a first driving axle (54), and the second transmission member (52) transmits a driving force to a second driving axle (56). The sliding direction of the clutch (48) is determined by the rotation direction of the operation axle (46). The clutch (48) slides on the operation axle (46) and then engages with one of the transmission members (50, 52), and the rotation of the operation axle (46) is therefore transmitted to one of the driving axles (54, 56) by way of one of the transmission members (50, 52).
