Abstract:
A blind (10) includes a plurality of slats (20) arranged in the vertical direction. Some slats (21) included in the plurality of slats (20) and located upward in the vertical direction include a transparent portion which allows visible light to penetrate the slats. The advancing direction of the light penetrating the transparent portion is bent.
