Abstract:
A blister- and pillow-packaging and boxing all-in-one machine, comprising a blister packaging machine (1), a pillow-type packaging machine (5) and a boxing machine (6), wherein a grating output device (2) is arranged between the blister packaging machine and the pillow-type packaging machine; a grating input device (4) is arranged on one side of the grating output device side by side; and a blister card conveying device (3) is arranged above the grating output device. The blister card conveying device comprises a manipulator (31) and a suction mechanism (32); the suction mechanism comprises a positioning support (324), and one or more suction mold sets (320) mounted on the positioning support; and the suction mold set comprises a support connecting rod (3200), a rotary power source (3205) and a plurality of vacuum suction nozzles (3204), wherein the plurality of vacuum suction nozzles are arranged in a line and are rotatably mounted on the support connecting rod, and the rotary power source is in transmission connection with the plurality of vacuum suction nozzles by means of a synchronous transmission assembly. By means of the blister- and pillow-packaging and boxing all-in-one machine, conveying stability in a medicine blister card packaging and production process is achieved by means of improving a linkage means.
