A block consensus method based on a blockchain, and a related device. The block consensus method comprises: acquiring a proposal block (S101); executing transaction data in the proposal block by means of a smart contract, so as to obtain a target contract execution result, and associatively caching, in a temporary list, a block hash value of the proposal block and the target contract execution result (S102); in the process of executing the transaction data by means of the smart contract, concurrently performing two rounds of consensus voting processing on the proposal block, so as to obtain a first consensus result (S103); and if the first consensus result indicates a consensus pass result, acquiring, from the temporary list, the target contract execution result mapped by the block hash value of the proposal block, and associatively storing the proposal block and the target contract execution result in a blockchain (S104). By using the method, the time consumed by block chaining can be reduced, and the throughput of a blockchain is improved.
