Abstract:
Provided is a block copolymer composition for a hot melt adhesive agent, and the composition is capable of providing a hot melt adhesive agent composition having excellent softening agent retention, heat resistance, and transparency. The block copolymer composition for a hot melt adhesive comprises a block copolymer A and a block copolymer B, each of which has a predetermined structure. The aromatic vinyl monomer unit content of the block copolymer A is between 30 and 50 wt%. The aromatic vinyl monomer unit content of the block copolymer B is between 15 and 25 wt%. The ratio of aromatic vinyl monomer units per the entire polymer content of the block copolymer composition is between 18 and 45 wt%. The weight ratio (A/B) of the block copolymer A to the block copolymer B is between 20/80 and 80/20. The ratio (MwA/MwB) of the weight-average molecular weight (MwA) of the block copolymer A to the weight-average molecular weight (MwB) of the block copolymer B is between 0.65 and 1.5.
