Disclosed are a block magnetic tack, wherein accidents due to the sharp portion of a tack are prevented, the block magnetic tack can even be used in an object comprising a metal member, and the aesthetics are enhanced, and an assembling method thereof. The block magnetic tack comprises: an inner housing portion; an elastic member for providing elasticity to a tack in the opposite direction of the inner back surface of the inner housing portion, mounted to be supported on the inner back surface of the inner housing portion; a tack is placed in the inner housing portion in which the elastic member is mounted, so as to allow the sharp portion thereof to be pointed toward a back surface; a magnet is adhered to the outer back surface of the inner housing portion; and an outer housing portion is fastened to the outer circumferential surface of the inner housing portion. Therefore, accidents due to a sharp portion which is normally exposed can be prevented since the sharp portion of a tack is placed inside the outer housing portion under normal conditions and a user can optionally draw the sharp portion to be used when necessary. In addition, the block magnetic tack can be used in an object comprising a metal member because a magnet is included.
