The present invention relates to a method for preparing a block mat with a composite elastic layer for the bottom of a playground, and a block mat with a composite elastic layer for the bottom of a playground prepared by the method, and more specifically, to a method for preparing a block mat with a composite elastic layer for the bottom of a playground, and a block mat with a composite elastic layer for the bottom of a playground prepared thereby, wherein the block mat comprises an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer to increase elasticity and bonding force, and the block mat is constructed in such a way that the elastic pillars of the middle layer are engaged with the protrusions of the lower layer. A block mat with a composite elastic layer for the bottom of a playground prepared by the method of the present invention comprises an upper layer, a middle layer having pores, and a lower layer, thereby preventing sand from penetrating the pores of the block mat, and can thus maintain excellent elasticity.
