Abstract:
The present invention provides a block polyisocyanate composition which contains a block polyisocyanate in which at least a portion of isocyanate groups possessed by a polyisocyanate obtained from one or more diisocyanates selected from the group consisting of aliphatic diisocyanates and alicyclic diisocyanates, is blocked by an active methylene compound containing a malonic acid diester, wherein the specific molar ratio calculated from the contained amounts (mol%) of an isocyanurate group, an iminooxadiazinedione group, a uretdione group, and an allophanate group is 0.05-0.60.
