The present invention relates to a novel polymer, a quasi-solid polymer electrolyte comprising the same, and a dye-sensitive solar cell employing the same, and the polymer of the present invention has high conductivity and high solubility with respect to an organic solvent, thereby increasing the efficiency and the durability of a quasi-solid polymer electrolyte employing the same and a dye-sensitive solar cell.
