Abstract:
A block polymer (X) which comprises, as constituent units, a polyolefin structure that is derived from the polyolefin (A) described below, and another polyolefin structure that is derived from the polyolefin (B) described below. Polyolefin (A): A polyolefin which contains, as a constituent monomer, an α-olefin that has from 3 to 8 carbon atoms, wherein: the isotacticity of the α-olefin portion is from 70% to 100%; the number average molecular weight is from 1,000 to 200,000; and the number of carbon-carbon double bonds per 1,000 carbon atoms is from 0.01 to 8.0.
Polyolefin (B): A polyolefin which contains, as a constituent monomer, an α-olefin that has from 3 to 8 carbon atoms, wherein: the isotacticity of the α-olefin portion is from 1% to 65%; and the number average molecular weight is from 1,000 to 200,000.
