Abstract:
The present invention relates to a block toy having a topology recognition function and a content providing system using the same, the block toy comprising: a plurality of common blocks including at least one identifiable contact terminal, having a user's own intrinsic identification information, and having coupling parts for mutual assembly; and an assembly terminal mutually assembled with the common blocks and forming an object by coming in contact with the identifiable terminals of the common blocks, wherein a host block outputs topology configuration information of the object. According to the present invention, an object assembled by a user communicates with a user terminal in a wired and wireless manner, and the user terminal displays, on a screen, a target assembly corresponding to the topology of the object, thereby providing an excellent learning effect while increasing various enjoyments and a degree of freedom suitable for children's ages, preferences, and the like.
