The present invention relates to a blockchain-based digital content management system and a method therefor. In addition, the present invention comprises: a route track generation unit for generating a route track which is a moving path history of digital content by receiving a MAC address of a user terminal which has received a digital content file; a route track propagation unit for propagating the generated route track to node terminals of a blockchain network; a route track block generation unit for generating a route track block by blocking a route track, the validity of which is verified due to mutual verification between the node terminals; a route track block transmission unit for transmitting the generated route track block to the node terminals and receiving a returned acknowledgement response with respect to the route track block; and a route track block storage unit for storing the verified route track block in a route track blockchain, thereby enabling management of the moving path history of the digital content via the blockchain network.
