The present invention relates to the technical field of security. Disclosed are a blockchain-based identity authentication method, device, node and a system. The method comprises: receiving an authentication request sent by a node of a party to be authenticated, the authentication request comprising identity information of the node of the party to be authenticated and identity information of an identity identification publishing node; upon determining the information, and that the identity identification publishing node has written a digital signature of the identity information of the node of the party to be authenticated into a blockchain, verifying the digital signature according to a public key of the identity identification publishing node; after the digital signature has passed the verification, verifying if the party to be authenticated has obtained a private key corresponding to a public key of the node of the party to be authenticated, the public key of the node of the party to be authenticated being acquired according to the identity information of the node of the party to be authenticated; and upon determining that the party to be authenticated has obtained the private key corresponding to the public key of the node of the party to be authenticated, confirming that the node of the party to be authenticated has passed identity authentication.
