Abstract:
A blockchain-based rolling-ball lottery method and system, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium, relating to the technical field of blockchains. In the rolling-ball lottery method, the inviter and participants each provide a random number, a sequence table of the participants is made, next, the random numbers are subjected to an XOR operation or a sum operation, and then, the operation results or hash values of the operation results and the number of participants in the sequence table are subjected to a remainder operation, the value obtained by the remainder operation being the serial number of the participant selected by the rolling-ball lottery method in a current round. The final results obtained by the rolling-ball lottery method are completely determined by random numbers, the change of any random number will lead to the change of the final selection results, and only by controlling all the random numbers can the final selection results be specified, such that the inviter can be prevented from tampering the results of a tender, thereby improving the fairness of the tender.
