Abstract:
[Problem] To provide novel eyedrops for inhibiting myopia progression that can easily inhibit the progression of myopia simply by dropping into the eye. [Solution] This problem is solved by α1 blocker-containing eyedrops for inhibiting myopia progression. Preferably, the α1 blocker is contained in an amount of more than 0.001 mg/mL and not more than 1.4 mg/mL, in terms of an α1 blocker salt. The α1 blocker is one or more selected from among bunazosin, prazosin, urapidil, moxisylyte and corynanthine.
