Abstract:
A blocking method for condensate water applied to various cold rolling mill trains includes the following steps: arranging herringbone guiding grooves (3) on both an outlet crossbeam and an inlet crossbeam (2) of the cold rolling mill stand, wherein the herringbone guiding grooves (3) are positioned above a strip steel channel, the horizontal projective line of the left end of the herringbone guiding grooves (3) is at the left side of the strip steel (1) in rolling state, and the horizontal projective line of the right end of the herringbone guiding grooves (3) is at the right side of the strip steel (1) in rolling state; and arranging movable compressed air nozzles on both the outlet crossbeam and the inlet crossbeam (2) of the cold rolling mill stand, wherein the movable compressed air nozzles positioned above the strip steel channel blow to the outlet crossbeam and the inlet crossbeam (2) forcefully during the pause of rolling so as to eliminate liquid drops. The blocking method is simple and has a good blocking effect.
