Abstract:
A blocking method for emulsion side channeling during rolling process of cold rolling mill includes the following steps: providing a left upper ejecting baffle (13) and a right upper ejecting baffle (7) on an upper emulsion ejection beam (4) at an entrance side of the cold rolling mill, providing a left lower ejecting baffle (14) and a right lower ejecting baffle (15) on a lower emulsion ejection beam (16) at an entrance side of the cold rolling mill, according to the width of incoming strip steel (5), adjusting the width between the left upper ejecting baffle (13) and the right upper ejecting baffle (7) so that the emulsion ejection area of the upper emulsion ejection beam (4) has the same width as the incoming strip steel (5) and is superposed with the incoming strip steel (5), and adjusting the width between the left lower ejecting baffle (14) and the right lower ejecting baffle (15) so that the emulsion ejection area of the lower emulsion ejection beam (16) has the same width as the incoming strip steel (5) and is superposed with the incoming strip steel (5). The blocking method can effectively prevent the emulsion ejected in an extra-wide range from channeling to an outlet side.
