Abstract:
A blood bag system (10) is provided with a blood bag (14) to which centrifugal force is imparted in a state in which whole blood or a blood component is stored therein, and a first tube (22) through which passes a fluid centrifugally separated from the blood bag (14). The first tube (22) has an extending part (112) extending in a direction substantially orthogonal to the centrifugal direction in which the centrifugal force acts. A branching tube (114) capable of accommodating the blood present in the extending part (112) is provided on a centrifugal direction side of the extending part (112).
