Abstract:
A blood cell analysis and measurement method and device featuring fully-automatic sample introduction, the method comprising: determining the loading conditions of test tubes (010, 020) on a test tube rack (5) when transversely feeding the test tube rack (5) by means of a sample introduction loading platform (6) (S1); determining the types of the test tubes (010, 020) after determining that the test tubes (010, 020) are loaded on the test tube rack (5), wherein the types of the test tubes (010, 020) comprise a test tube containing venous blood (010) and a test tube containing peripheral blood (020) (S2); determining manners of blending according to the types of the test tubes (010, 020), and blending blood samples (011, 021) in the test tubes (010, 020) by using the determined manners of blending (S3); determining a lowering height according to the determined types of the test tubes (010, 020) when the test tube rack (5) is fed to a sample suction position, and using sampling needles (7) to execute a lowering action corresponding to the determined lowering height and suction the blood samples (011, 021) (S4); analyzing and measuring the suctioned blood samples (011, 021), feeding the test tube rack (5) to an unloading position after analysis and measurement, unloading and withdrawing to an unloading platform, and outputting an analysis and measurement result. The method and device have a high degree of automation and are highly efficient, thus reducing the intensity of the labor of clinic staff.
