Abstract:
Provided is a method for precisely measuring the coagulation time of a blood sample exhibiting various coagulation reactions. This blood coagulation time measurement method includes measuring a coagulation reaction regarding a sample obtained by mixing a test sample and a coagulation time measurement reagent, calculating a weighted average time for a calculation target region of a waveform relating to coagulation speed from the obtained measurement data, and determining the weighted average time as the blood coagulation time.
