A blood collection needle, comprising: a housing (1), an inner sleeve guiding portion (13), which guides the movement of an inner sleeve (2), and a first needle core guiding portion (12), which guides the movement of a needle core (3), being disposed within the housing; the inner sleeve (2), which is disposed within the housing (1) and which is adapted to move along the inner sleeve guiding portion (13), wherein a front end of the inner sleeve is provided with an inner sleeve needle outlet (26), while a second needle core guiding portion (24), which guides the movement of the needle core, is further disposed on the the inner sleeve (2); the needle core (3), a main body of the needle core being adapted to move axially along the first needle core guiding portion (12), while the needle core (3) is provided with a blood collection needle body (36); a spring (4), which is disposed within the housing (1) and which provides power for the axial movement of the needle core (3) towards the inner sleeve needle outlet (26). The inner sleeve guiding portion (13) has a radial rotation angle at a rotational guiding section (15) which is far from the inner sleeve needle outlet (26). On the basis of a pressing pressure towards an inner portion of the housing, the inner sleeve (2) is guided to rotate by the rotation guiding section (15) such that the first needle core guiding portion (12) and the second needle core guiding portion (24) are aligned in a radial direction.
