Abstract:
The present invention relates to a blood disease likelihood group selection method and a blood disease prognosis analysis method according to measurement of gelsolin mRNA levels within the buffy coat of peripheral blood or bone marrow aspiration solution. Using the selection or prognosis analysis method of the present invention, it is possible to select blood disease likelihood groups and thereby easily and accurately analyze the prognosis of patents with blood diseases.
