Abstract:
A blood pressure detection method and device (60) applicable to the field of medical instruments, comprising a wrist circumference detection assembly (03), a wrist fat thickness detection assembly (01), a blood pressure detection assembly (02) and a processor (04). The processor (04) is connected to the wrist circumference detection assembly (03), the wrist fat thickness detection assembly (01) and the blood pressure detection assembly (02); the wrist circumference detection assembly (03) acquires wrist circumference data of a user; the wrist fat thickness detection assembly (01) acquires wrist fat thickness data of the user; the blood pressure detection assembly (02) acquires blood pressure data of the user; the processor (04) corrects the blood pressure data according to the wrist circumference data and the wrist fat thickness data. The present invention eliminates the effects of the thickness of the wrist fat and the size of the wrist circumference on blood pressure measurement, and improves the accuracy of blood pressure measurement; the same air bag (220) can also be adapted to people with different wrist circumferences and wrist fat thicknesses, and target blood pressures of different users can be detected accurately without changing different models of air bags (220), thereby improving the compatibility of a blood pressure measurement device (60), and enhancing the wearing experience of the users.
