Abstract:
A blood pressure measurement apparatus (1) comprises: a curler (5) that curves along the circumferential direction of a part of a living body to which the blood pressure measurement apparatus (1) is attached; bag-like structures (81), (101) that respectively have two sheet members (86), (106) and welded portions (81a), (101a) formed by welding edges of the two sheet members (86), (106) and including a plurality of insertion holes, are inflated by a fluid, and are disposed on an inner peripheral surface of the curler (5); and joining means (8) that comes into abutment with surfaces of the welded portions (81a), (101a) on the living body side, is inserted into the plurality of insertion holes, and joins the welded portions (81a), (101a) to the curler (5).
