Abstract:
Provided is a blood processing filter, comprising: an intake-side flexible container and a discharge-side flexible container which sandwich a filter element; an intake port which is disposed upon the intake-side flexible container; and a discharge port which is disposed upon the discharge-side flexible container. The blood processing filter further comprises: a flow path ensuring sheet which is positioned between the filter element and the discharge-side flexible container; a belt-shaped first seal part which seals at least the filter element and the flow path ensuring sheet, and is isolated from the discharge-side flexible container; and a ring-shaped second seal part which seals at least the intake-side flexible container and the discharge-side flexible container, and is disposed to surround the filter element and the flow path ensuring sheet. The flow path ensuring sheet further comprises: a pair of ribs which are positioned in opposition to one another sandwiching the discharge port; a slit which is formed on the inner side of the pair of ribs; and diffusion aperture parts which open contiguously on the outer side of the pair of ribs and from the ribs toward the lateral part of the first seal part.
