Abstract:

Provided is a blood purification system whereby the purification efficiency of a dialysis fluid can be increased and deterioration of electrolytes contained in the dialysis fluid that are required for a therapy can be suppressed. The blood purification system is provided with a housing means 6 in which a preset amount of a dialysis fluid required for a blood purification therapy can be housed, dialysis fluid circulation lines (a dialysis fluid-supplying line L1 and a dialysis fluid-discharging line L2) for supplying the dialysis fluid from the housing means 6 to a dialyzer 1 and discharging drainage from the dialyzer 1 to the housing means 6 so that the dialysis fluid can be circulated, and a dialysis fluid purification means 7 for purifying the dialysis fluid in the dialysis fluid circulation lines, wherein a therapy state wherein the dialysis fluid can be supplied into the dialyzer 1 without via the dialysis fluid purification means 7 can be switched into a purification state wherein the dialysis fluid can be purified by the dialysis fluid purification means 7 and, after starting the therapy state, switching into the purification state can be made when a preset requirement is satisfied.
