Abstract:
Provided is a blood vessel cover capable of preventing intimal thickening by remodeling a vein into a buffer system blood vessel. A blood vessel cover (10) in a continuous tubular shape over the entire circumference thereof, said blood vessel cover (10) being to be placed on the outer circumferential side of a vein (4) anastomosed with an artery (3) or an artificial blood vessel and having a portion (A) wherein the 20% elasticity index is 1.2 N or less when the inner diameter of the blood vessel cover (10) is expanded 20% in the radial direction from the natural state.
