Abstract:
This blow-by gas processing device for an internal combustion engine mounted in a vehicle is provided with: a blow-by gas pipe (10) having a downward-facing outlet portion (9) that is open to the atmosphere; and a collecting container (20) into which the outlet portion of the blow-by gas pipe is inserted, and which captures oil discharged from the outlet portion of the blow-by gas pipe. The collecting container is provided with: an upper-end opening portion (22) which is formed at an upper end (21) of the collecting container, and into which the outlet portion of the blow-by gas pipe is inserted from above; discharge holes (24) formed in an upper portion of a rear surface portion (23) positioned at the rear of the collecting container in the length direction of the vehicle; and a notched portion (26) formed in an upper portion of a side surface portion (25) positioned on the outside of the collecting container in the width direction of the vehicle.
