Abstract:
The present invention is configured to comprise: a continuously conveying part 150 which is provided with a conveyance path 151 that has a loop shape and that continuously conveys a preform 200; an intermittently conveying part which intermittently conveys the preform 200 to a blow molding part 140; and a transferring part 170 which holds the preform 200 being conveyed along the conveyance path 151, and transfers the preform 200 to the intermittently conveying part 160, wherein the transferring part 170 is provided with a cooling means 300 which locally cools the preform 200 by jetting a cooling fluid from first nozzle members 301 onto the outer surface of the preform 200.
