Abstract:
[Problem] To accurately set the expiratory force required to expand an expandable body to an adequate value appropriate for factors such as how the blow-out is to be used and the condition of the user. [Solution] A blow-out (1) comprises: a tubular deformable expandable body (2); an elastic wire-like body (3) disposed along the longitudinal direction of the expandable body (2); and a mouthpiece (5) which is connected to the end of the expandable body (2) and which a user puts in his/her mouth to blow air thereinto. The blow-out is configured so that the expandable body (2) expands when air is blown from the mouthpiece (5) and winds in a helix due to the elastic force of the wire-like body (3) when air is not blown. The elastic force of the wire-like body (3) is set to a predetermined value, and an air adjusting body (6) for adjusting the amount of air flowing to the expandable body (2) side is disposed inside the mouthpiece (5), thereby preventing the expandable body (2) from expanding unless the force of air blown from the mouthpiece (5) is greater than or equal to the predetermined value.
