Abstract:
This blower is provided with: an electric motor; a shaft that is connected at one end to the electric motor; a centrifugal fan that has a main plate to which the other end of the shaft is fixed, and a plurality of blades provided to the main plate; a partition plate that is provided on the upstream side of the centrifugal fan in an air flowing direction and that has a cylindrical bell mouth having formed therein an opening for air passage and has a plate-like flange part connected to the annular end of the bell mouth on the upstream side; and a plate-like part that extends from the flange part toward the bell mouth and that is provided in parallel with the radial direction of the bell mouth.
