Abstract:
A blower device for a boiler comprises a furnace (1). A first air admission hole (10) is arranged at a lower portion of a side wall of the furnace (1). The furnace (1) further comprises a first air admission duct (11) mating with the first air admission hole (10). One end of the first air admission duct (11) extends to an inner bottom portion of the furnace (1) and is sealed. Multiple air discharge pipes (110) are connected to one side wall of the first air admission duct (11). A first one-way air admission valve (111) is disposed at a position where the air discharge pipe (110) is connected with the first air admission duct (11). The other end of the first air admission duct (11) communicates with a second air admission duct (2). A piston (20) is disposed inside the second air admission duct (2). A second air admission hole (21) is arranged at a side wall of the second air admission duct (2). A second one-way air admission valve (210) is disposed in the second air admission hole (21). The furnace (1) further comprises a drive cylinder (3). When the drive cylinder drives the piston (20) to move outwardly, the first one-way air admission valve (111) closes, and the second one-way air admission valve (210) opens. Ambient air then enters the first air admission duct (11) and the second air admission duct (2). Afterwards, the drive cylinder (3) drives the piston (20) to move inwardly, such that the first one-way air admission valve (111) opens and the second one-way air admission valve (210) closes, thereby supplying, by means of the air discharge pipes, the admitted air to the bottom of the fuel in the furnace. The blower device can admit air effectively, and has a simple structure and low costs.
