Abstract:
The present invention intermittently drives a blowing fan even during an idle state when the operation is stopped, and utilizes louvers and an oscillation function so as to prevent the blown air from directly hitting the user. Furthermore, the present invention is characterized in that an alarm is issued when an environmental condition deviates from a prescribed condition.
